Manage Projects- Labour , execution, Documentation and billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project execution from start to completion.
- Plan and manage labour deployment and productivity.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor project timelines, quality, and resource utilisation.
- Handle project documentation, measurements, reports, and records.
- Prepare and verify project bills and coordinate with accounts for timely submission.
- Track project costs, variations, and pending payments.
- Ensure smooth project closure and handover.
