Role Summary
Own end-to-end execution of plant supply (one-time), landscaping projects, and plant rental (BaaS), ensuring timely delivery, quality installation, and seamless transition to maintenance with strong control on cost, timelines, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
● Drive pan India execution from sales handover to project/site completion
● Multi- stakeholder management for– plants + pots delivery & installation
● Execute landscaping projects – site survey, design alignment, installation
● Deploy and stabilize rental (BaaS) projects with AMC handover
● Ensure SLA adherence across timelines, quality, and client commitments
● Coordinate with procurement, vendors, nurseries, and field teams
● Manage multi-site execution across cities with standardized quality
● Track billing triggers, ensure timely invoicing, and prevent revenue leakage
● Maintain project data, client sign-offs, and asset records in systems
● Act as SPOC for clients during execution and stabilization phase

● OTS fulfillment accuracy
● AMC SLA adherence
● Plant replacement / mortality rate
● Billing cycle time & revenue realization
● Client escalation rate
Skills & Experience
● 5–10 years in operations/project management (services / facility / landscaping / E-Healthcare)
● Strong multi-site execution and vendor management capability
● Experience in both project delivery and recurring service models
● High ownership, problem-solving, and execution discipline
● Working knowledge of ERP / project tracking tools
