Executive - Horticulturist

Plant Care & Maintenance

• Watering, pruning, repotting, fertilizing plants regularly
• Monitor plant health and identify early signs of disease or pests
• Ensure plants remain fresh, healthy, and display-ready at all times
• Assist in plant replacement and seasonal maintenance activities

Experience Centre Display Management

• Arrange and maintain indoor and outdoor plant displays
• Ensure plants are placed as per layout and design guidelines
• Support visual appeal of all green zones and installations
• Maintain cleanliness and aesthetics of all plant areas

Nursery & Stock Management

• Maintain nursery stock and update plant condition records
• Track incoming and outgoing plants
• Assist in plant receiving, inspection, and placement
• Support inventory coordination with store/operations team

Customer Support (Experience Role)

• Guide customers on basic plant care and maintenance tips
• Support sales team during customer walk-ins and walkthroughs
• Help explain plant types, benefits, and suitability
• Ensure a welcoming and informative experience for visitors

General Maintenance & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness of plant sections and tools
• Ensure proper watering systems and drainage hygiene
• Follow safety and handling procedures for plants and tools
