-Welcome and assist clients, architects, builders, interior designers, and corporate visitors at the Experience Centre.
-Ensure a professional and premium customer experience for all walk-in and scheduled visitors.
-Manage visitor registrations, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
-Coordinate with the Sales, Design, and Project teams for client meetings and discussions.
-Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and route them to the appropriate departments.
-Support client follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and hospitality arrangements.
-Maintain records of visitor footfall and customer interactions.
-Ensure the reception and experience centre areas are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
-Assist in organizing client presentations, product demonstrations, and corporate visits.
-Coordinate with internal teams for seamless visitor and customer management.
