- Handle walk-in customers at the experience centre
- Present Gamlaa’s plant design solutions in an engaging and premium manner
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable design and service recommendations
- Drive conversions through consultative selling
2. Design Coordination
- Suggest basic plant styling / greenery design concepts for residential & corporate spaces
- Coordinate with internal design/operations team for proposals and execution feasibility
- Ensure visual merchandising and display aesthetics of the experience centre
3. Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and corporate clients
- Follow up on leads and maintain client database updates
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat visits
4. Experience Centre Management
- Maintain the overall look, feel, and premium ambience of the centre
- Ensure displays are well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing
- Manage daily operations of the centre smoothly
