Role Summary
We are hiring a Business Intelligence (BI) leader to build and own the business visibility layer across the organization.
This role will design a centralized data visualization ecosystem that delivers real-time insights on revenue, P&L, and operational performance across distributed operations.
You will transform fragmented data (ERP, Excel, business tools) into scalable, automated dashboards (Power BI / similar data visualization platforms) that directly drive decision-making at leadership level.
Key Responsibilities
Data Architecture & Integration
- Consolidate data from ERP (e.g., ERPNext), MS Excel, MS Projects, Saas based CRM, procurement, and project management systems
- Build scalable data models enabling location-level and project-level analytics
- Establish automated data pipelines from cloud sources (OneDrive / SharePoint/ Google Drive/ Sheets)
Dashboarding & Visualization (Core Ownership)
- Design and own interactive, leadership-ready dashboards covering:
- Revenue & Sales performance (pipeline, conversion, collections)
- P&L analytics (Revenue, Cost, CM1, CM2, contribution margins)
- Operational performance (TAT, SLA, execution efficiency)
- Supply chain & procurement insights
- Customer & people metrics (CSAT, NPS, eNPS)
- Enable drill-downs, trend analysis, and cross-location benchmarking
- Ensure dashboards are intuitive, real-time, and decision-first
Business Insights & Decision Support
- Deliver KPI tracking, variance analysis, and performance insights
- Enable location-wise profitability and efficiency visibility
- Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and dashboards
Automation & Data Governance
- Eliminate manual reporting through end-to-end automation
- Standardize KPI definitions and reporting structures
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and single source of truth
Cross-functional Impact
- Partner with Sales, KAM, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Project teams
- Align reporting with revenue growth, margin improvement, and execution excellence
Key Skills & Requirements
BI & Visualization
- Strong experience in Power BI / Tableau / Looker (or similar data visualization platforms)
- Expertise in:
- Dashboard design & data storytelling
- KPI structuring (Revenue, CM1, CM2, margins)
- Data modeling (star schema basics)
Data & Tools
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Power Query / ETL tools
- SQL / databases
- Cloud integrations (OneDrive / SharePoint)
Business Acumen (Critical)
- Strong understanding of:
- Sales funnels & revenue metrics
- P&L and contribution margins (CM1, CM2)
- Operational KPIs (TAT, SLA)
- Customer (CSAT, NPS) and employee (eNPS) metrics
Preferred Background
- Experience in real estate / interiors / construction / e-commerce / supply chain / services
- Exposure to distributed, multi-location operations
- Experience building BI layers over ERP + Excel ecosystems
