Role Overview:
Responsible for maintaining indoor plants across assigned sites and ensuring smooth client coordination with high service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain indoor plants: watering, pruning, pest control, fertilizing, and replacements.
- Ensure all landscaped areas are clean, healthy, and presentable.
- Monitor plant health and plan timely replacements when required.
- Coordinate with on-site crew and manage daily horticulture activities.
- Maintain plant inventory and service records.
- Act as the main contact for clients; address queries, feedback, and service requests.
- Conduct site walkthroughs and share reports.
- Advise clients on plant choices and indoor landscaping improvements.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Horticulture/Agriculture/Botany.
- 1–3 years of indoor landscaping or horticulture experience.
- Strong plant knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling ability.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and guide on-site staff.
