This is a pure field sales role requiring extensive on ground activity. The candidate will be responsible for visiting corporate campuses, business parks, and commercial spaces to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals for Gamlaa’s landscaping and plant solutions.
Job Description:
- Be on the field daily, visiting corporate offices, tech parks, and campuses to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify decision-makers and build relationships with facility managers, admin teams, PMCs, and corporate stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and scope opportunities
- Take ownership of the complete sales cycle - lead generation to closure
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, costing, and execution planning.
- Maintain a strong follow-up mechanism to ensure closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Provide daily and weekly activity reports to the reporting manager, ensuring accurate tracking of visits, leads, and progress.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1 - 3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Comfortable with daily travel and frequent on ground client meetings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with a target driven approach
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent follow-ups
- Proficient in preparing presentations and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
- Ability to calculate costings, gross margins, and ensure profitable deal structuring
