Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and responsible Junior Horticulturist to manage day-to-day horticulture operations across multiple client sites in Delhi. The role involves plant maintenance, client coordination, and on-site supervision to ensure high-quality landscaping services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily horticulture operations at assigned sites
- Ensure proper maintenance of indoor and outdoor plants
- Coordinate with clients for regular updates, feedback, and issue resolution
- Monitor plant health, watering schedules, pruning, and pest control
- Handle plant replacement and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Manage on-site staff/labours and track attendance and productivity
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain service reports
- Ensure timely completion of all operational tasks
- Maintain inventory of plants, tools, and materials at sites
