Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations for a cluster of 80–90 sites ensuring service quality and timely execution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as the primary point of contact for operational matters
- Supervise and lead a team of 2–3 Executives and 15–20 field staff/labour
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure proper maintenance, service standards, and issue resolution
- Monitor plant health and ensure timely replacement with cost control measures
- Track and manage replacement costing and operational expenses
- Coordinate closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors for smooth execution
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and reporting systems
- Identify areas for improvement and implement operational efficiencies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in horticulture, landscaping, or facility management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good client handling and communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of horticulture operations and plant maintenance
- Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
