Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on recruitment professional to manage large-scale hiring and mobilization of blue-collar and field workforce across multiple project locations. The role requires strong local sourcing capabilities, coordination with site teams, and the ability to handle high-volume hiring under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Sourcing
Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and field workforce across various project locations.
Source candidates for roles including gardeners, helpers (loaders), electricians, fitters, plumbers, irrigation technicians, and other site manpower.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as local networks, contractors, labour suppliers, job portals, field hiring drives, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screening and basic skill assessments to ensure candidate suitability.
2. Mass Hiring & Mobilization
Plan and execute walk-in drives, local hiring camps, and labour mobilization activities to meet project manpower requirements.
Build and maintain a pipeline of ready-to-join candidates for urgent and ongoing site needs.
Coordinate closely with project managers and site teams to understand manpower requirements and deployment timelines.
3. Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with operations, project teams, and HR to ensure seamless onboarding and deployment of workforce.
Liaise with labour contractors and staffing partners to fulfill bulk hiring requirements efficiently.
4. Documentation & Compliance
Ensure proper documentation, identity verification, and onboarding formalities for all hires.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and periodic hiring reports.
Ensure adherence to labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
