Job Summary
The role holder will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across levels, ensuring timely closure of mandates while maintaining quality of hire and stakeholder satisfaction. The role requires strong sourcing capability, stakeholder coordination, and adherence to recruitment processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination.
- Close positions within defined TATs across mass, lateral, and niche roles.
- Handle bulk hiring numbers as per business needs.
- Ensure mandate approvals are in place before initiating hiring.
2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), referrals, consultants, social media, etc.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles.
- Coordinate with recruitment vendors and track their performance.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Hiring Managers, Business Heads, and Regional Teams to understand manpower requirements.
- Provide regular hiring updates and escalate risks impacting closures.
- Maintain professional communication and email etiquette with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Interview & Offer Management
- Schedule interviews and coordinate feedback promptly.
- Prepare and release offer letters as per approved compensation structures.
- Follow up with candidates for documentation, joining, and onboarding formalities.
4. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and MIS.
- Track hiring metrics: closures, TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and audit requirements.

QUALIFICATION
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Experience in mass hiring is an added advantage
