Key Responsibilities
- Track and maintain accurate records of inventory, consumables and tools.
- Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and placement of items for easy retrieval.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch of plants and related products.
- Introduce sustainable practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Utilize inventory management systems to streamline operations.
- Train and supervise staff in plant handling, storage, and inventory processes.
- Foster a culture of care, responsibility, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with horticulturists, procurement, and sales teams to align inventory

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience (6-10years) in nursery operations, plant care, or inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, ERP/WMS software, and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
