Key Responsibilities
  • Track and maintain accurate records of inventory, consumables and tools.
    • Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
    • Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and placement of items for easy retrieval.
    • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
    • Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch of plants and related products.
    • Introduce sustainable practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
    • Utilize inventory management systems to streamline operations.
    • Train and supervise staff in plant handling, storage, and inventory processes.
    • Foster a culture of care, responsibility, and continuous improvement.
    • Coordinate with horticulturists, procurement, and sales teams to align inventory
    • Prepare reports on stock levels, losses, and replenishment needs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience (6-10years) in nursery operations, plant care, or inventory management.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, ERP/WMS software, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
